Welcome! I’m Abby, a passionate musician and wellness advocate dedicated to helping others find balance, relaxation, and joy through the transformative power of music and movement.
My journey began with a love for music that led me to Falmouth University, where I earned my degree in Music. It was there that I immersed myself in the fascinating world of sound healing, exploring how music can influence the mind and body to create profound healing and relaxation. This deep study ignited a passion for sharing these benefits with others, combining my skills as a musician with the holistic practices of wellness.
Today, I host wellness retreats, where fitness, mindfulness, and sound healing blend together for a transformative experience. These retreats are designed to rejuvenate your body and soothe your soul, featuring activities like invigorating fitness sessions, meditative sound baths, and live music performances that guide you to a state of deep relaxation.
I also have the privilege of playing live piano and singing during yoga sessions and sound baths throughout the region. Whether it’s the gentle rhythm of a restorative yoga class or the enveloping harmonies of a sound bath, I create experiences that help you feel grounded, refreshed, and inspired.
